SKIING
Ferme Sterveda nestles in the middle of many of the great ski circuits of the Alps and we are happy to arrange trips/guiding to La Vallée Blanche at Chamonix (reputedly the most beautiful ski run in the world), Argentière, Les Gets/Morzine/Avoriaz (all part of Les Portes du Soleil), Megève, St Gervais, La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand. These great ski circuits are all between 20/40 minutes from the farmhouse. Ski Passes can either be obtained in advance on the Net (www.grand-massif.com) or on your arrival at either the Samoen or Morillon Ski stations. Remember to bring a passport size photograph along with you if you take this option. Skis & ski equipment can also be easily hired on your arrival.
